It was my great pleasure as Chairman of the WCTSA to present our retiring Treasurer Jackie Spencer with the Arthur and Rita Williams Trophy for outstanding contribution to the WCTSA and Welsh shotgun shooting.
This prestigious award is voted on every year by the Board of the WCTSA, and announced at the AGM which was held in October.
The Board, and I am sure all the associations members, thank Jackie for her hard work over many years, and wish her well for the future.
