- Communication to Board and Staff Members:
- Members should use email only for contacting Board members – all the Board and Staff members email addresses can be found below.
- Mobile phone contact should be for emergencies only. As these are personal devices and not the WCTSA’s.
- Contact & Response Times:
- Board members may not respond immediately, as many Board members and staff have other non WCTSA work commitments
- Please expect a reply within the next WCTSA working day (Secretary).
- The Secretary works part-time and there may be a delay in responding on non-designated workdays.
- Privacy and Respect:
- Personal communication between members of the Association and the Board members MUST NOT be shared on social media unless specifically agreed, and recorded, (by email), by all concerned.
- Maintain respectful communication; abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Any unreasonable, abusive or insulting behaviour to Members, Board Members and/or Staff of the WCTSA will not be tolerated.
- Sanctions:
- Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to disciplinary actions.
