Following a Board of Management financial review meeting, it is with deep regret we wish to inform you that the decision has been taken to suspend the payment of individual team expenses across all disciplines for 2024.
This decision was not taken lightly and is primarily due to a substantial increase in the insurance premium and significant increases in the costs associated with sending teams to the Home International events. The Association will continue to pay for all Home International team entry fees, team banquet tickets and, where applicable, reimburse individuals for any necessary permits.
The Board wish to assure you this decision will be reviewed on an annual basis and, if financially viable, we will reinstate the expenses.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support in what is currently a very turbulent financial environment.
