The Queen’s Jubilee weekend had some great shooting-but mention must also be made to the great win by the Wales football team-Congratulations on reaching the World Cup finals!!
Now back to the shooting and it was the DTL weekend at Fauxdegla and at the DTL Grand Prix, congratulations to Martin Jones on 4th overall with 199/591 and to Robert Clarke, 5th overall on 197/590 and Veteran Class winner!!
At the same weekend event at the Eley sponsored shoot, Alan Evans came 2nd overall and 1st in AA with a 100/298! Well shot all.
SW2000 hosted the 5th Welsh NSK Selection Shoot. Scores were high, with 26 of the 36 shooters, scoring 90 or above! But with a superb 99, High Gun was Dave Tavernor-congratulations Dave!
At the 6th OTR Welsh Selection Shoot at Griffin Lloyd SG, Joint High Guns with superb scores of 97, were Marc Potts and Mike Wixey-well shot both.
Also confirmed as Team Captain for the upcoming OTR HCIT, was Owain Humphreys-Llongyfarchiadau Mawr!
