The weekend saw SW2000 hod their ABT & OT Winter Series shoots. In cold ansd drizzly weather, Dale Oram was OT HG with an 87 and Rob Parry was ABT HG also with an 87…well shot both!!
Fauxdegla ran 4 shoots over the weekend-a 50 OT, 50 OT, 100 DTL and 100 UT. Whilst not many Welsh shooters in attendance on the OT and UT, it was good to see Gareth Roberts shoot them all!!
In the 100 DTL, Wayne Clifton was 2nd with a 98/293 with many other of the Welsh shooters scoring well…..Well shot all!!
These last few days, have also seen some warm-weather shooting at the 2023 Grand Prix at Club de Tiro Jarapalo’s, in Malaga. Always a favoured shoot early on in the season, there were again a number of Welsh shooters competing.
With strong placings in most categories, and with Sarah Wixey winning Ladies, it was another successful foray for Welsh shooters and a good start to their 2023 season.
