Wales Skeet HCIT 2019 Report

This year’s NSK International took place at the Mulroy CPC in County Donegal Ireland on the 23th and 24th of August and was a great event for all that took part. The shooting was of a high standard and the Welsh team did not let themselves down, with everybody contributing good scores-especially with six new caps in the team.

The Team also included 3 husband and wife couples-probably a record.

Welsh High Gun was Dave Tavenor with 143 and he also took the Super Veteran High Gun.

The Super Veterans Team were Runners Up in their class, so congratulations to Alan Parkin, Roy Partridge  as well as Dave.

Senior Welsh High Gun was Dylan Stone with 142 and on his first cap. Well done Dylan!

Ladies Welsh High Gun was Deena Irving with a 131. Congratulations.

Veteran Welsh High Gun was Lloyd Morris on 140. Well done.

Junior Welsh High Gun was Luke English with a 136, winning it for the fourth year in a row. Well done and a Happy 21st Birthday for the Sunday.

The Welsh Team would like to thank the ground staff at Mulroy CPC for all their hard work before and during the shoot with a special thank you to Salem and his wife Carmel.

Myself, I would like to thank Lloyd Morris and Gareth Irving for all the help they gave me over the weekend, and also like to congratulate the six new caps on making the Team and the Team as a whole for the way they conducted themselves throughout the weekend. Great ambassadors for Welsh Shooting every one of them.
