This years AGM has been booked for Saturday, October 23rd at 2pm.
It will be held at Trefeglwys Village Hall-postcode SY17 5PH, but members will also be able to join by Zoom if they wish, with further details of that option to follow.
Also, can members submit any AGM resolutions or proposals they may have to the Board for consideration at our next meeting by September 21st please, to the Chairman or the Secretary by email-addresses as below
