The Welsh Clay Target Shooting Association are seeking Non-Executive Directors to join the Board.
As a non-executive director you will play a crucial role in assisting with the general running of the association by attending remote Board meetings, and helping officers at events such as Home International etc. With your help we can relieve the pressure on the Secretary, as well as discipline reps if they are in the Welsh Team at Home Internationals. You’ll challenge and contribute to board decision making, bring valuable experience to the board, act as an ambassador for the sport and be good at listening sensitively to others both inside and outside of the Board. You’ll be able to behave impartially and in accordance with the values of the sport to win the respect and trust of other board directors and members.
Our objective is to promote the longevity of the Welsh Clay Target Shooting Association and the current board members feel strongly that we can only achieve this through greater representation from the association members.
