A great weekend for the OSK Grand Prix – weather good and our hosts at SW2000 brilliant as always. We were joined by shooters from England, Scotland and New Zealand which gave a very competitive two days of shooting. The weather was not ideal for OSK but there were some good scores with GB shooter Mitchell Brooker Smith taking high gun each day and the high gun prize money donated by Mike Amodeo. Mitchell ending with a combined score of 183 ex 200 to take the John Osborne Shield for Open High Gun, together with the gold medal and Open Junior Shield. Luke Young, another GB shooter, took the silver medal and our own Des Davies the bronze medal. Des was presented with the Welsh High Gun Cup and the Open Veteran Shield by Mike Amodeo.
