Sunday saw the Final of the Wales Intercounties All Round 2021, at SW2000.
On a decidedly wet and grey day, 63 shooters braved the weather, to represent their Counties and while the weather might have been a bit lousy, the scores certainly weren’t!!
In the Team Events, apart from the Dyfed Ladies winning, a very strong Gwent team, swept the board, picking up the Seniors, Juniors, Veterans and Super Veterans Trophies, along with the Individual Trophies for Overall HG, Junior HG, Ladies HG, Veteran HG and Super Vet HG
There were also 2 shootoffs at the end, one between Owen Jones and Andrew White for Overall HG, with Owen coming out on top and for Powys HG, between Martin Tweedy and Richard Hughes-with Richard narrowly beating Martin.
So all-in-all, a great day’s shooting and a big thank you to everyone that came and shot and also those that came and supported the event, the last of 2021 and we look forward to seeing you all in 2022.
