TEIFI VALLEY CLAY TARGET LEAGUE

Established in 1992, the League at present consists of  6 independently organized clubs with their own shooting grounds, namely Castell Howell, Ffynnonau, Llandysul, Llanfynydd, Tregaron and Whitland (See Map). 
 

Once a year each club hosts a League shoot to which all of the other clubs and guests are invited.  The scores from the 6 shoots are used in the League results table.  This creates a healthy competitive spirit, not only between the participating clubs - but also between individual members.

These events prove very popular and are well attended, drawing as they do from the combined membership of the 6 clubs of well over 100 shooters.  In the League there are 6 different classes in which members can compete: Seniors, Intermediates, Novices, Juniors, Ladies and Veterans.

Visiting shooters of all abilities, from absolute beginner to national champion, are always welcome to come along, either to simply 'have a go' or, better still, to take up the sport and join one of the clubs.  Every encouragement and help is given wherever needed.
